Return/Exchange Policy

The most important point - Opening video is mandatory

You can raise a request for return or exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.In case of any genuine reason (opening video compulsory), we will accept your request. Once accepted, we will arrange a pickup of the product from your address and process your refund after we receive and inspect the returned product. This process usually takes around 7 days from the date of the return request.

Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address though indian post (registery parcel). Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.

Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.

If we sended a correct product and size but you have any issue in size or anything , you can raise a exchange request , but in this case you have to pay the shipping charges (charges will be according to product dimension) . in case of return , you have to pay 100₹ minimum till 500gm parcel , charges will be vary according to dimension or weight of the parcel

Return and exchange is not allowed in some mention collection - laddu gopal furniture , jewellery section , and items which have price below (50₹) (note - opening video compulsory in case of defect)
In rare cases, if a return is required in these collections , reverse pickup service will not be available from our side. The customer will have to ship the product back to us at their own cost. -
Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.

Payments made with COD option WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AS YOUR ORDER VALUE WHICH IS VALID FOR 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE OF THE COUPON CODE.
